Our mission at Project 325 is to make authentic homegrown Filipino coffee accessible to all.

We source our coffee directly from it's native tropical soils in the Philippines where it is then roasted locally in California ensuring the freshest flavor in every cup.

We hope to share the beauty and bold flavors of Filipino coffee with you all so that you too can make memories with every cup.

J.Rizal Blend

Our J.Rizal blend was named after the Filipino revolutionist who helped spread awareness of the Filipino culture and belief in his people. Along with the fact that J.Rizal was a hero of the Philippines, the owners grandparents also lived on J.Rizal street in the Philippines. This blends origin goes back to Southern Luzon which is near the area Jose Rizal was born and the origin on Project 325.
We hope to bring awareness to Filipino coffee and bring forth a new generation of coffee lovers to celebrate coffee from the Philippines with a walks of life.
